Lakes Resort and Caravan Park

Lakes Resort and Caravan Park is another of the AAOK Group parks committed to supporting travelling families by offering FREE camping for kids of TAWK Members.

The park is located in Berry Springs, about 56 km from Darwin and 30 km from Palmerston, making it a fantastic base for exploring the wider Top End. From here you can easily visit some of the region’s highlights, including the Territory Wildlife Park and the beautiful swimming holes at Berry Springs Nature Park. Litchfield National Park is also only about 60 km away, so you can comfortably explore waterfalls, walking trails and swimming spots from here.

The park itself has some great facilities, including a licensed bar and an onsite restaurant serving well priced meals, which can be a welcome treat after a big day out exploring.

Dogs are welcome, and there is also a pool, which is always a favourite with the kids after a busy day of adventures.
