These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the TAWK website (tawk.com.au) and your TAWK Membership. By purchasing a membership or using our site, you’re agreeing to these terms — so please have a quick read. We’ve kept it as plain as possible!
1. About TAWK
TAWK (Travelling Australia With Kids) is an Australian membership program that connects travelling families with caravan parks, stays, attractions, and businesses across Australia. We’re run by Travelling Australia With Kids (TAWK) | ABN: 33 726 756 397.

2. TAWK Membership
What you’re buying
A TAWK Lifetime Membership is a one-time purchase that gives you access to member benefits for as long as TAWK operates. There are no annual renewals or ongoing fees.
What’s included
Your membership gives you access to:
- Kids Stay Free at 180+ participating caravan parks and campgrounds across Australia (conditions apply — see Section 3)
- Exclusive discounts on TAWK Stays (family-friendly homes, apartments, and B&Bs)
- Attraction discounts at participating venues around Australia
- Member discounts on goods and services handpicked for travelling families
- Access to the TAWK community and resources
Membership card
Your digital membership card will be issued to the name provided at the time of purchase. Please double-check your name before completing your order. Your card should be presented digitally when redeeming benefits at any TAWK partner.
If you need your card before it arrives, your purchase receipt can be used as proof of membership at participating parks.
Who can use it
A TAWK Membership covers one family unit. It is not transferable to other families and may not be shared, resold, or used by anyone other than the purchasing family. One family unit means two adults and all dependent children aged 15 and under.
3. Kids Stay Free — Conditions
The Kids Stay Free benefit is one of the best parts of being a TAWK member, but it’s important to understand how it works:
- Minimum stay: Kids stay free for a minimum of two consecutive nights at participating parks. Single-night stays may not qualify.
- Ages: “Kids” is defined by each individual park’s own policy — this varies by park. Always check the park’s listing on the TAWK website before booking.
- Blockout periods: Some parks cannot offer free kids’ stays during school holidays, public holidays, or peak periods. Where blockout periods apply, this will be noted on the park’s listing. Always confirm with the park directly before booking.
- Participating parks only: The Kids Stay Free benefit applies only at parks that are current TAWK partners. The list of participating parks is updated regularly and is available on the TAWK website.
- Not combinable: The TAWK Kids Stay Free offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, or promotion unless the park expressly states otherwise.
- Park discretion: Individual parks set and manage their own offers. TAWK cannot guarantee availability at any specific park, and parks may update their participation or conditions at any time.
4. TAWK Stays, Attractions & Discounts
Discounts and offers available through TAWK Stays, Attractions, and the Discounts section are provided by third-party partners. These offers:
- Are subject to availability and may change or be withdrawn at any time
- Are subject to each partner’s own terms and conditions
- Are not managed, fulfilled, or guaranteed by TAWK
- Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated by the individual partner
TAWK is not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of any third-party product or service listed on our platform.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Membership
Because a TAWK Membership is a lifetime digital product that provides immediate access to benefits upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a membership has been issued.
Please read these terms carefully and ensure you’re happy before completing your purchase.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product or service you’ve purchased through TAWK is faulty or significantly different from what was described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

We take your privacy seriously. Here’s a plain-English summary of how we handle your information.

- Payment information (processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store card details)
- The name to appear on your membership card
- General usage data about how you interact with our website (via cookies and analytics tools)

- Improve our website and services
- Comply with our legal obligations
Who we share it with
- Our trusted service providers (such as payment processors and email platforms) who help us run TAWK
- TAWK partner businesses, only where necessary to verify your membership or deliver a benefit you’ve requested

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TAWK is not liable for:
- Any loss or damage arising from your use of the TAWK website or membership
- The actions, omissions, or services of any TAWK partner (including caravan parks, stays, or attractions)
- Any failure or delay in providing membership benefits due to circumstances outside our control
This does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of your TAWK Membership after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
