Porepunkah Pines Holiday Park

We are very excited to welcome Porepunkah Pines Holiday Park to the TAWKer Supporter Program. Even better, they also have a sister park in NSW, Boomerang Way Tourist Park, joining the program as well. Both parks are offering TAWK Members two nights of FREE camping for kids. ❤

Porepunkah Pines Holiday Park is located in the beautiful Victorian Alpine Region, right on the Great Alpine Road, backing onto the Ovens River and only 3 km from Bright. With so much to see and do in the area, you may find yourself staying longer than planned.

The park sits at the foot of Mount Buffalo, with easy access to the Mountains to Murray Rail Trail right from the park. It is also centrally located to several incredible alpine peaks including Mount Buffalo, Mount Hotham, Mount Feathertop and Mount Bogong, as well as the ski fields of Falls Creek and Dinner Plain, which are just as spectacular outside the winter season.

The region is also known for its fantastic local produce, with wineries, breweries, restaurants and fresh food markets nearby. In summer, the kids will love picking their own berries at the Bright Berry Farm.

For families who enjoy a bit of adventure, there is plenty on offer including abseiling and hang gliding at Mount Buffalo, paragliding at Mystic, white water rafting, mountain biking, trail riding or even a tandem ultralight flight out of Bright. It really is a region full of adventure.

Back at the park, families can relax and cool off in the solar heated pool and children’s pool, which is often exactly what the kids want after a big day exploring.
